The fine, which totaled N4,860,000, was issued after the violators were arraigned at a mobile court on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Those convicted were arrested during a raid led by the Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, who also arrested some persons for violating the curfew imposed by the Federal Government.<\/p>\n<p>Odumosu, while parading the suspects, said the violation of the COVID-19 protocols had serious implications for other residents, adding that the 243 residents would be charged to court.<\/p>\n<p>The Police Public Relations Office, Muyiwa Adejobi, later newsmen that those arrested had been fined N20,000 each.<\/p><div data-ad-id=\"32665\" style=\"text-align:center; margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px;float:none;\" class=\"afw afw_ad_image afw_ad afwadid-32665  \">\r\n                                                            <div style=\"font-size:10px;text-align:center;color:#cccccc;\">Advertisement<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.accessbankplc.com\" rel=\"nofollow\"><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"auto\" max-width=\"100%\" src=\"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Banner-1.jpg\"><\/a>\r\n                                                                        \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>He said: \u201cThe 243 persons arrested for violating the COVID-19 protocols in Lagos State were immediately tried in a mobile court presided over by two magistrates.
