A Ugandan housemaid identified as Vicky Abiria is to spend the next four years in prison for feeding her boss’s baby with her urine and infected her with sexually transmitted disease – Syphilis.<\/p>\n

Based on superior evidence against the suspect, Abiria, she was sentenced by Kira Division Court on in Uganda.<\/p>\n

According to the mother of the baby, Hope Chico, told the police that she got suspicious after noticing that Abira had kept the baby\u2019s bottle packed with urine in her bedroom.<\/p>\n

It was gathered that on interrogation, she confessed that she has been giving the child her urine.<\/p>

Explaining her angst, Chico narrated: “I found my baby\u2019s bottle full of urine and when I asked her she confessed that she was feeding my baby with her urine.<\/p>\n

“When I took my daughter to the hospital, the doctors found out that my baby had syphilis. I am now trying to treat my child and make sure that she doesn\u2019t get other complications.<\/p>\n

“I have always heard that househelps do these kinds of things, now that it has happened to my child, I even fear maids. I don\u2019t ever want to hire one. I have always treated this girl well but I don\u2019t know why she decided to do such a thing,” she added.<\/p>\n

However, the Public Relations Officer for Kampala Metropolitan Police (KMP), Patrick Onyango confirmed that the suspect have been charged with spreading dangerous diseases after tests on the child proved that she had been infected by a urinary tract infection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
