Members of the alumni association of Titcombe College, Egbe, Kogi State (TC 88\/93 set) have commiserated with the family of one of their teachers, Mrs. Petra Ajoke Bamgboye who passed 1st December.<\/p>\n

Bamgboye taught French language in Titcombe College for many years and produced several students who are doing well in various fields of human endeavour.<\/p>\n

Until her death, the deceased, a Dutch had retired and relocated to Belgium where she lived till death.<\/p>\n

In a release made available to National Wire and signed by Chairman of the TC 88\/93 Alumni Association, Engnr Babatunde Aina, the group mourned the beloved teacher who was held in high esteem.<\/p>\n

“We write to commiserate with the entire Bamgboye family over the Call to Glory of our dear Mother and teacher, Mrs. Petra Ajoke Bamgboye,” the statement read in part.<\/p>\n

Reading further, it stated that, “Since we received the sad news, we can only give thanks to God and submit to His will.<\/p>\n

“On behalf of the association, we thank God Mama lived well for God and humanity. We are happy she left behind an indelible legacy,” it stated.<\/p>\n

The group however prayed that God should keep upholding the family of the deceased.<\/p>\n

The late Bamgboye’s husband, Pa Zachaeus Bamgboye had departed earlier about four years ago and the latest occurrence is a reunion of the couple.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, children of the octogenarian have announced a zoom meeting to feature a lying in state of their beloved mother at 5pm.<\/p>\n

“We will have a zoom session today for anyone who wishes to see her lying in state. Please feel free to join in and invite others who know her,” the family source stated.<\/p>\n

Topic of the meeting is: Celebrating Petra and it shall hold on 3rd December, 2020 by 05:00 PM in Brussels which is same time in Nigeria according to the family.<\/p>
