It was a tragedy on Saturday at Asa Village as a mad man identified as Oladele Adeola matcheted five children of the same parents to death.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was unclear if the 35 years old insane has the same parents with the victims. The children whose father was given as Olaegbe Adeola, were aged between two to five years. The incident took place about 0930 hours.<\/p>\n

In a police situation reports obtained by our correspondent revealed that the incident took place within Oja-Odan divisional area, Ogun State.<\/p>\n

Angered by the level of killings, an angry mob descended on the madman and killed him.<\/p>

It was gathered that the police was informed of the dastardly act through a telephone call but before they made it to the scene, the act has been committed.<\/p>\n

The children were, however, identified as Tosin Adeola, (female), aged two years; Joel Adeola, (Male), two years; Sesan Adeola, (male), two years; Bolu Adeola, (female), five years and Johnson Adeola, (male), two years.<\/p>\n

However, against police advise to carry out an autopsy, the family were said to have forcefully taken the corpses for burial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
