The Federal Government on Thursday sacked the Chairman, Investments and Securities Tribunal (IST), Siaka Isaiah Idoko-Akoh.<\/p>\n

According to a letter dated 24th<\/sup> September, signed by Permanent Secretary Ministry of finance, Dr. Mahmoud Isa-Dutse,  reads that \u201cI write to convey the approval Mr. President for your removal from office as Chairman of the Investments & Securities Tribune (IST0 with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

The IST Chairman\u2019s removal from office letter which was acknowledge on 26th<\/sup> September, further reads that, he should hand-over all properties of the Tribunal in his possession to Mr. J.I Udunni, a full time member of the Tribunal, who by the same letter from the State House has been appointed as Acting Chairman of the IST.<\/p>
