Peter Afagha and the special adviser to the Bayelsa state governor on power, engineer Olice Kenenanabo to appear before the house following the incessant power outages and total black out in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Moving the motion, former deputy leader of the House who also doubles as chairman committee on power and member representing Ogbia constituency 1 Hon.
