President Muhammadu Buhari, with the consent of the National Judicial Council, has extended Justice Tanko Muhammad\u2019s tenure as the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria by another three months, SUNDAY PUNCH has reported.<\/p>\n

It was gathered that the NJC quietly conceded to Buhari\u2019s request for the extension of the acting CJN\u2019s tenure at its meeting held between Wednesday and Thursday.<\/p>
