Ekiti State South West Nigeria has been said to have come first with complete result of the Presidential and National Assembly elections that held yesterday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu made this known at a press briefing Sunday evening in Abuja.<\/p>\n

Yakubu said, “The election result for Ekiti State is ready and the INEC commissioner for the state is on his way to Abuja.”<\/p>

Yakubu however regrets the reports of violence in parts of the country especially where some persons were reportedly killed.<\/p>\n
