{"id":22836,"date":"2018-04-10T12:22:12","date_gmt":"2018-04-10T11:22:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/?p=22836"},"modified":"2018-04-10T12:22:12","modified_gmt":"2018-04-10T11:22:12","slug":"wife-sends-nude-photos-lovers-man-tells-court","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/sub\/wife-sends-nude-photos-lovers-man-tells-court\/","title":{"rendered":"My Wife Sends Nude Photos To Her Lovers, Man Tells Court"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An 11-year-marriage was on Tuesday dissolved on the orders of an Ile-Tuntun Customary Court in Ibadan, citing adultery on the part of the woman and some irreconcilable differences.<\/p>\n<p>By the court\u2019s sanction, the union between Timisiyu Adegoke and his estranged wife, Modupe, a mother of two, was terminated.<\/p>\n<p>The court\u2019s President, Chief Henry Agbaje, who made the pronouncement, said he annulled the union following some irreconcilable differences.<\/p>\n<p>The court is not happy that marriages are collapsing, but wherever there is a problem, the court will not hesitate<br \/>\nto take appropriate action.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTherefore, the union between the duo has henceforth ceased to be.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe custody of the children is granted to Modupe and Tirimisiyu shall pay a monthly allowance of N4000 each for the feeding of the two children in addition to being responsible for their education and other welfare,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Modupe had petitioned the court that her husband was too heartless and uncaring as she had been subjected to hunger and constant battering.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEver since I married him, I have not seen or enjoyed any care or love as he deliberately refused to take up his responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWorst still, Tirimisiyu does not hesitate to punch me at any given opportunity.
