Customer Passion Point Limited, trade marketing, training solutions and value creation consultancy firm has announced the appointment of Chinwe Kalu as its new Managing Director \/ Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n

Chinwe Kalu, a seasoned Trainer, Sales and Marketing Professional is taking over the helms of affair at the company following the exit of the pioneer Managing Director, Ikechukwu Kalu.<\/p>\n

Chinwe Kalu\u2019s appointment which takes immediate effect will have her oversee the customer-centric value creation consultancy firm with operations in Nigeria and Tanzania. Chinwe joined Customer Passion Point Limited (CPPL), Tanzania as Executive Director in 2012. She later became Chief Operating Officer and Head of Training & Development in Nigeria.<\/p>\n

Before this latest appointment, Chinwe Kalu was the Head of Training & Development where she was responsible for curriculum design and development, execution of and evaluation of training programs while also managing client relationships. She was also responsible for the organization of training seminars and conferences.<\/p>\n

Chinwe, a graduate of Chemistry and a proud alumnus of the University of Lagos, MBA degree programme started her in career as a Sales & Marketing professional in the financial services sector that spanned Continental Finance Limited and Liberty Merchant up until 2002, when she decided to embrace private enterprise in the area of training and development.<\/p>\n

Her accomplishments include the development of Customer Passion Point<\/p>
