I paid reconnection fee of #1,000: 00 plus #15,000 and # 5,500 paid much earlier that same month making #20,500.00. All my protest over years of estimated billing fell on deaf ears.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv9075454052ydpddedb360yiv3494592727ydp13176e85MsoNormal\">He stated that on January 15, 2018 an estimated bill of #12,429.27 was received for December, 2017, a period of holiday when he was away from Lagos. And the Next day, January16 was issued a disconnection notice dated 15\/01\/2018 signed by Mr Julius Folorunsho that he must pay a minimum #30,344.54 or be disconnected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv9075454052ydpddedb360yiv3494592727ydp13176e85MsoNormal\">He therefore queries \u201dDoes article 14 of consumer right no longer apply since monthly bills now are shared according to the discretion of your company without minding what the consumer are using.
