{"id":20236,"date":"2017-12-29T15:20:36","date_gmt":"2017-12-29T14:20:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/?p=20236"},"modified":"2017-12-29T15:20:36","modified_gmt":"2017-12-29T14:20:36","slug":"man-police-net-killing-baby","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/sub\/man-police-net-killing-baby\/","title":{"rendered":"Man In Police Net For killing Own Baby"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"yiv0461372026yMail_cursorElementTracker_1514479817349\">Folake Sokoya<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv0461372026yMail_cursorElementTracker_1514479826741\">The Ogun State Police Command has arrested one Andrew of Ayedere in Obada area of Abeokuta for intentionally killing his six month old baby Precious Koku.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv0461372026yMail_cursorElementTracker_1514479871279\">The suspect was arrested following a complaint from the mother of the baby, Omowumi Teleda who lodged complaint at Adigbe Divisional Headquarters that she went out briefly to see her first child she had with her ex-husband leaving the six month old baby \u00a0with the Father but met the dead body of the child when she got back home.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv0461372026yMail_cursorElementTracker_1514479986094\">She explained further that the baby was hail and hearty before she left home and within an hour of her outing, the baby had dropped dead.This made her to strongly suspect her husband who happened to be the only person with the baby.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv0461372026yMail_cursorElementTracker_1514480031754\">Upon her complaint, the DPO Adigbe Division CSP Sunday Oladipo detailed Police Detectives to the scene where the suspect was arrested.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv0461372026yMail_cursorElementTracker_1514480033359\">On interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime but claimed to be suspecting that his wife wanted to leave him for her ex-husband.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv0461372026yMail_cursorElementTracker_1514480065622\">&#8220;I am the one that killed our baby and it is because \u00a0I thought my wife was making plans to move in with her ex husband.
