{"id":15190,"date":"2017-07-07T13:00:55","date_gmt":"2017-07-07T12:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/?p=15190"},"modified":"2017-07-07T13:18:53","modified_gmt":"2017-07-07T12:18:53","slug":"friday-morning-accident-claims-nursing-mother-eight-others-ogun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationalwire.com.ng\/sub\/friday-morning-accident-claims-nursing-mother-eight-others-ogun\/","title":{"rendered":"Friday morning accident claims nursing mother, eight others in Ogun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ten passengers have been killed in an accident around Shagamu, Ogun State Friday morning, Rhythms 93.7FM has announced in its 12noon news bulletin.<\/p>\n<p>The unfortunate event occurred when a truck conveying granite swerved and fell on the bus in which the victims were traveling.<\/p>\n<p>According to eye witness reports, the commercial bus stopped to enable a passenger, a student of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State ease herself while other passengers were waiting in the stationary bus.<\/p>\n<p>The tragedy occurred around 10am on wet Friday as a truck conveying granite from Sango Ota to Ago-Iwoye swerved and fell on the stationary vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The victims include a nursing mother, her daughter and others.
