Worshipers at the House on The Rock Church Abuja are still in shock over the fire that broke out Sunday at the church building.<\/p>\n

NAN reporter who passed by the airport road on Sunday reports that the building was visibly ablaze while fire fighters were struggling to put out the flames.<\/p>\n

The cause of the fire is yet unknown.<\/p>\n

A member of the Church who spoke to NAN said the main building had not been in use for a while now as renovation work was going on.<\/p>\n

Members of the church confirmed that things were normal as at 1pm when Sunday service ended.<\/p>\n

According to a twitter user Abayomi Shogunle, there were 7 fire-fighter trucks at the church premises trying to put out the fire.<\/p>\n

Shogunle also tweeted a video of the burning church.<\/p>
