The approval was given at the 46th annual general meeting (AGM) held in Lagos.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1496305366769_60280\" class=\"yiv3219230777ydp285fc5cdMsoNormal\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1496305366769_60279\">GSK recorded a turnover of N14.385 billion for 2016, while profit after tax (PAT) stood at N2.378 billion, up from N873 million in 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1496305366769_60283\" class=\"yiv3219230777ydp285fc5cdMsoNormal\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1496305366769_60282\">Hence, the directors recommended the 30 kobo dividend per 50 kobo per share, which the shareholders approved and commended the directors for.
