WAPCo is the owner and operator of the West Africa gas pipeline built to supply natural gas from Nigeria to customers in Benin, Togo and Ghana.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv6092583365yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1494517500822_3859\"><span id=\"yiv6092583365yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1494517500822_3860\">The Managing Director, WAPCo, Walter Perez, while speaking at the inauguration of the Ajido Community Health Centre in Badagry on Tuesday, said the company had invested more than $1m in brick-and-mortal projects within Lagos and Ogun states.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yiv6092583365yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1494517500822_3862\"><span id=\"yiv6092583365yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1494517500822_3863\">He said, &#8220;WAPCo&#8217;s responsibility towards every community within which it operates is of utmost importance to the organisation. This is why we embarked on a social responsibility journey in the four WAGP states of Nigeria, Benin, Togo and Ghana.
