So So master, King Oogbodo, says his latest song, Pankere, was inspired by how his mother used to beat him with pankere (cane stick) as a child.<\/p>\n

According to him, she used to beat him at the\u00a0slightest opportunity she had with it and she beat him so much that he began to live in fear of the dreaded cane.<\/p>\n

But now, having been inspired to write and record his song, Pankere, by those beatings, he says he\u2019s even happy now that his mother really beat him with it.<\/p>
