NSCDC, nabs fake Nigerian Army General in Niger

The Niger State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested a fake military officer known as (General Ishaku) whose real name is Mohammed Usman, aged 41 years.
National Wire gathered that the fake General who claimed to have hailed from the State was said to have specialised in defrauding innocent unemployed youths by promising them unexisting jobs either in the military or paramilitary outfits in the country.
He was arrested by undercover team of the NSCDC in Minna the state capital metropolitan Areas when he had allegedly concluded plans to collect a balance of #450.000 for a bargain job into the corps.
The fake Genera who has allegedly confessed to have carried out the crimes during interrogation by the Operatives of the state Command of the NSCDC and pleaded for clemency.
Further checks revealed that one of his accomplice in crime identified as Abubakar Ibrahim has taken flight before the long arms of the Law could catch up with him and he presently iat large.
Meanwhile the Commandant, Niger State Command of the NSCDC, Mr. Philip Ayuba has confirmed the arrest of the suspect.
Mr. Ayuba stated this during a brief interview by our reporter in Minna on Friday, highlighting further that “the fake General, soon be arraigned and Charged to Court at the conclusion of a will be charge to court after proper investigation against him.
He also disclosed that the Corps Command in the state has spread it’s dragnet with a view to arresting the fleeing Abubakar Ibrahim, the suspected accomplice in crime of the fake General, Mohammed Usman .
