Executive Commissioner, Stakeholder Management of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Mr Adeleke Adewolu made this remarks during a regional stakeholders workshop on multiple taxation and regulations organized by the NCC for the Southwest zone held in Ibadan, Oyo State.
