A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyanya Judicial Division, has struck out a defamation suit instituted by a Senatorial Candidate of the People's Democratic Party in Kogi State, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, against Governor Yahaya Bello.
