Troops of 6 Division, Nigerian Army have achieved a remarkable feat against illegal bunkers and refining of products in Delta state as saboteurs of Nigeria's oil sector have been downgraded.

The Ijaw National Leader, Pa. Edwin Clark, the Interim Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Gen. Barry Ndiomu (retd), the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) and many other prominent stakeholders from the region have vowed to improve the gains of PAP to entrench the peace in the Niger Delta.

The Kogi State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress has rejected the names announced by the National Working Committee of the party as replacements for the former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the party and the former Zonal Organising Secretary who resigned recently.
