A cult den located at Isawo in Ikorodu has had its membership reduced by three as the police stormed their hideout out where they carry out illicit activities.

Acting on intelligence provided by civic-minded Lagosians, operatives of the CP Special Squad of the Command stormed some cultists’ den on April 16, 2022 leading to the arrest of the suspects.
Confirming the arrest, the Lagos State Police spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin said on Friday that they also recovered two locally made single barrel pistols, four live cartridges, several assorted charms, berets and an award plaque.
The arrested suspects identified as Oluwaseun Michael, 31, a.k.a Coded, Adedotun Jelili, 25, and Solomon Moses, 22, have provided useful information to the Police.
The Lagos State Police Command has used the opportunity of the arrest to call on parents, guardians, traditional, religious, political, youth leaders to prevail on the teeming youth population to shun cultism and other vices.
Suspects would be charged to court at the completion of investigation.
