CBN lifts suspension from FX Market on Fidelity Bank, eight others

The management of Fidelity Bank Plc has announced to customers of the bank the Federal Government of Nigeria’s recent lifting of suspension from the FX Market.

In a release made available to customers and signed by the management, the bank is pleased to inform the public especially its clients about the development.

“We are pleased to inform you that the Central Bank of Nigeria has lifted the suspension from the FX market which it recently imposed on 9 Banks including Fidelity Bank.”

According to the bank, it is now ready to carry on the normal FX transactions in line with the Central Bank’s guidelines.

“The issue has now been resolved and we are ready to carry on normal FX transactions in line with existing guidelines. Thank you for your continuing interest in Fidelity Bank.”
