Road To 2023: Niger APC Gubernatorial Candidate,Hon. Mohammed Umaru Bago, Introduces Campaign Call APP For Easy Access By General Public

The Gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Niger State,  Hon. Mohammed Umaru Bago, has gone digital with his campaign strategy, as he launched a Digital App call center, called, “Bago Call Centre”, on Thursday 10th November 2022 where the electorates were expected to pick up their telephones and engage the candidate.

The APC flagbearer said the world had gone digital as governments were run digitally, whereby the citizens and their leaders engage each other through an instant feedback mechanism, adding that , there was a need for Nigerlites to know and get themselves acquainted with the kind of the system of government he intended to operate if elected as the Governor of the state during the 2023 general elections in Nigeria.

He said the APP had no less than eight features, which included, phone calls, a Website, Bago TV, Diary/Journal, Feedback, Join Supporters and Donate section.

Hon. Bago noted  that the APP would not be used for the campaign alone but would be adopted by his government as one of the mediums of the state government.

He said trainers would soon be deployed to each ward to train the people on how to use the APP, stressing, that the call number is 096232992 and the callers will be responded to in any of the following five languages, English, Hausa, Nupe, Gbagyi, and Fulfude, while, Yoruba and Igbo languages would be introduced very soon, as he called on Nigerlites to go to Google Play store and download the “Umaru Bago” APP.
