Sterling Bank Records 1.61% Profit Drop To N3.3b In Q2 2021

Sterling Bank Plc has released its interim financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2021with 1.61% drop in profit after taxation to N3.296 billion in the second quarter (Q2) from N3.35 billion in Q2 2020.

However, profit after taxation for the half year rose to N5.691billion from N5.415 billion in H1 2020.

Moreover, gross earnings rose to N68.609 billion in H1 2021 from N66.943 billion in 2020.
